Orders & General Policy

All products are made and dispatched in limited quantities as part of small capsule drops. Due to the nature of our production and inventory model, all purchases are considered final.

Dayzie does not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in specific cases and subject to availability. Eligible cases for exchange:

Size issues
Receipt of a damaged or incorrect product

Conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
The product must be returned in its original packaging

All exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us via email or Instagram DM within 48 hours of receiving the order
Once the request is approved, the customer is required to ship the product back to us
Reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the replacement product will be dispatched

If the requested size is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternate size, product, or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and details.

In such cases:

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Reverse shipping (if required) will be managed by us

Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

Products that have been worn, washed, or used
Products returned without original tags or packaging
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen differences

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before confirming your purchase.
